Wydham Garden is an international brand hotel of Next Group, one of the most dynamically growing development companies in Batumi. The infrastructure of the 6-floor building includes an outdoor swimming pool, common areas, lobbies, restaurants, conference rooms, gyms, a casino, and 94 high-class hotel rooms.

The project budget is $ 7.3 million. Our company provides design process management, technical analysis, and design solutions to meet clients\' requirements. We held a tender based on which we selected the best suppliers. SITA monitors the project\'s progress and ensures the delivery process. The project will be completed in July 2024.
