NEXT GREEN

Next Green is a project of Next Group, one of the most dynamically growing development companies in Batumi, in a 10-minute walk from the city center, surrounded by sea and mountain views. The building consists of 12 floors and 143 hotel-type residential apartments. The infrastructure of the ecological district is built on the principle that every detail takes care of the comfortable rest of the residents and the guests.

The total budget of the project is 10.7 million USD. SITA has been involved in project management since July 2021 as a General Contractor. The activities of our team in the project include a full range of construction management services. From the beginning of the process until today, we have modified the facade and interior design and selected an engineering sub-contractor company based on a tender.

The construction of the frame of the building has already been completed, and the yard is equipped with a swimming pool and a children\'s entertainment area. Interior works are currently underway in the residential complex. The project will be completed in May 2022.
