GURU STATUS

The GURU STATUS is a project is carried-out by the real estate company GURU HOLDING. The 30-story building includes 529 residential apartments and 115 hotel rooms, which will be operated by the worldwide international hotel brand Holiday Inn Express. The infrastructure of the project consists of various public and entertainment areas, restaurant, outdoor pool, reception and lobby.

The budget of the project is 12.8 million dollars.

SITA provides pre-construction as well as direct construction process management and supervision of GURU STATUS.
